These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brandywine Consulting Partners, LLC (“BCP”) website and any services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services
BCP provides healthcare IT consulting, including but not limited to compliance advisory, data integration, analytics modernization, AI governance, and Azure cloud services. Information on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Engagement terms for specific consulting services are governed by separate master services agreements.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our site to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; interfere with the proper working of the site; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
